At Check Out you can request specific changes, sizes or personal touches in our comment box. Alternatively, you can contact us by email, 'phone or by using Facebook Messenger. Please note that any alterations may delay dispatch slightly.

Our rings are available in a variety of sizes, many of which can be resized by our craftsmen to ensure the perfect fit. Please refer to the detailed sizing guide below for more information.

We accept all major debit and credit cards or you can send us your payment by bank transfer, details of which can be found in our payment section. All of our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the current rate.

COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERIES

Delivery from Nouveau is always free of charge. Delivery is subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days at most.

Please be aware that all deliveries are tracked and will need to be signed for. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.

DELIVERY TIMES

For deliveries within the UK, we aim for your item(s) to arrive 24 hours after dispatch during the working week. Please allow extra time at weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas and Seasonal periods.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Your protection is important to us, therefore orders may be subject to security checks. This may cause a slight delay in the processing of some orders. We may need to contact you to carry out security checks - if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We’re sure that you’ll love your piece of jewellery from Nouveau Jewellers, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right, just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 21 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Regarding 'Refurbished Watches', we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

Please be aware that we’re unable to refund the cost of post and insurance.

Special orders

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee
With four stages of quality control we believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

Please call us on 0161 834 3536, stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Nouveau box. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you're a local, we also accept returns in person in our Manchester store: 9 Shudehill, Manchester M4 2AF

For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details at Nouveau Jewellers. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends upon the speed at which your card issuer processes this.

SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING

We want to make sure that our website is as safe as possible for you to use. We take security very seriously and use industry standard technologies such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect sensitive information passed between you and our website. The use of SSL ensures your name and address are encrypted when submitting an online order form. You will notice the company logo shown on the address bar of your browser and by clicking on this, a window will be shown that verifies the website credentials and the 128-bit encryption that is in use.

Although no credit card details are stored on the website servers they are nonetheless hosted in a secure environment that is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Credit card transactions are dealt with by World Pay so no credit card details pass through the website.

The website servers are located in the UK and all information captured during the purchase process are stored within the UK and processed by Nouveau staff in Manchester, UK.

Your privacy is of upmost importance to us. We do not keep a record of your payment details. We, and our dedicated partners, will only use your personal details to offer personal offers, discounts and services we think you may be . interested in. For security reasons, we may have to pass your contact telephone number and/or email address on to our courier service – this is purely so our agent can contact you for a speedy delivery and, if appropriate, customs clearance.

WORKING OUT YOUR SIZE

You may already know your ring size, based on a ring you already own that is a comfortable fit. If not, you can call in for free ring sizing in our Manchester Store (9 Shudehill, Manchester M4 2AF).

Fingers tend to be larger at the end of the day, so please bear this in mind when you are trying on rings. Do not try on a ring if your hands are cold because your fingers may be up to half a size smaller and slighty larger on a hot day. A ring should fit snugly on your finger but still be loose enough to remove without too much tugging.

BUYING A RING FOR SOMEONE ELSE

Don’t let choosing the wrong size put you off surprising someone. If you are unsure of the correct size we are happy to guide you through selecting an initial size, which can then be altered if necessary at a later date. We can offer same day resizing in store. This is, of course, with our compliments, upon a purchase.. In some cases the item may need to be re-made, which can take upto several weeks but we would be happy to advise you of the best options prior to purchase. Make sure to pop your suspected ring size in the comment box on check out so we can make alterations or offer advice before sending you the ring.

NECKLACES

Classic-length necklaces - 46 cm (18-inch) - are our most popular style. They fall just below the neck and slightly lower if a pendant is attached. If you would prefer a different length chain, we are happy to provide one upon request. This may incur an additional charge in some cases.

BRACELETS

Our bracelets measure an average 18 cm (7-inches). We are able to shorten most bracelets for the perfect fit, but lengthening can be more difficult. Lengthening bracelets depends on the construction of the links and may require us to either order, alter or make a new bracelet. Please contact us to find out more about our free alteration service.
