Returns Policy

We’re sure that you’ll love your piece of jewellery from Nouveau Jewellers but, on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right, just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 21 days.

Christmas Returns Policy

As some customers lke to do their Christmas shopping early, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase up to 21 days after Christmas day providing it is returned unworn, in it's original condition, in its original box and with a valid receipt.
This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements or personalised items,
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Regarding Pre-Owned watches, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

Please be aware that we’re unable to refund the cost of post and insurance.

Special orders

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee
With four stages of quality control we believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
